My figurines are made to order. Each piece is hand-painted in Roubaix after your order is received. There is no ready-made stock — this is what ensures the quality and uniqueness of every figurine.
Production time: 3 to 5 business days under normal conditions. During busy periods (around major races: Paris-Roubaix, Tour de France...), please allow 7 to 10 business days. If your order is urgent, contact me before ordering — I'll do my best.

Returns Figurines are hand-painted to order but are not personalised with names or custom designs — returns are accepted within 15 days if the product is in its original condition. In case of any manufacturing defect, I will replace or refund without question. In 10 years, I have never left a customer unsatisfied.
