Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Who we are
These terms govern all purchases made on petit-cycliste.com, operated by DAMBRIN ARNAUD (DARA), a registered self-employed craftsman based in Roubaix, France (SIRET: 978 729 085 00016). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Our products
We sell handmade cycling figurines and collector items. Every zamak figurine is hand-painted after your order is received — we do not hold ready-made stock. Photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros. As a small independent craftsman, we are not subject to VAT — no tax is added to our prices. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the one that applies.
4. Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email. In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, supply issues), we reserve the right to cancel an order with a full refund.
5. Production and shipping times
Since each figurine is made to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for preparation before shipping in normal periods, and up to 7 to 10 business days during busy periods (around major races: Paris-Roubaix, Tour de France...). If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and rates are detailed on our Shipping page. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date.
7. Returns and cancellations
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it, no questions asked. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
Please note: products made with personalised specifications (specific name, number, or custom request) cannot be returned.
8. Defective products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the product without question. In 10 years, we have never left a customer unsatisfied.
9. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept: credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer. For bank transfers, your order will be processed once payment is received.
10. Your personal data
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
11. Disputes
We always try to resolve any issue directly and quickly. If we are unable to find a solution, you can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, free of charge:

12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
