The Bianchi Pirelli team stands as one of the most celebrated chapters in professional cycling history. It was under these colours that the legend of Fausto Coppi was forged — a rider of extraordinary talent who wore this jersey from 1945 to 1956, and once more in 1958. In Bianchi Pirelli colours, he claimed the Tour de France in 1949 and 1952, the Giro d'Italia in 1947, 1949, 1952 and 1953, and etched his name into cycling folklore by completing the first ever Giro-Tour double in a single season, in 1949. One team, one era, one rider like no other.
This figurine faithfully recreates the Bianchi Pirelli jersey with the attention to detail that defines Le Petit Cycliste's entire zamak range. Cast in a zinc alloy (zamak) by a foundry near Paris, then hand-painted in a workshop in the Lille area, each piece is a collector's item in its own right.
