Movistar Team 2022 - cycling figurine

A faithful recreation of the Movistar Team jersey worn throughout the 2022 season, cast in zamak — a high-density zinc alloy — and hand-painted at the Maison Georges Édouard workshop in Roubaix, just a stone's throw from the legendary Vélodrome. Every figurine is finished individually: a French artisan tradition stretching back to the 1950s, kept alive by the Fonderie Roger.

The 2022 season will be remembered by cycling fans the world over as the year Alejandro Valverde said farewell to the peloton. A true monument of professional cycling and the defining figure of Movistar for more than two decades, the Murcian rider completed his final campaign in the team's iconic blue and green jersey, greeted with heartfelt tributes at race after race across the calendar.
