In the tradition of the miniatures first crafted by Fonderie Roger in the 1950s, this hand-cast zamak figurine captures Peter Sagan wearing the Slovak national champion jersey — as he lined up with TotalEnergies at the start of the 2022 season.
That campaign marked a genuine turning point for one of the most celebrated riders in the peloton: Sagan's move to the French TotalEnergies squad was one of the most anticipated transfers of the off-season. Wearing the Slovak tricolour, the multiple world champion brought his trademark flair to the cobbled classics and bunch sprints, adding experience and star quality to a team pushing its way into the top tier of professional cycling. Every keen follower of the peloton had this chapter circled in their calendar.
Cast in zamak — a zinc-based alloy prized for its durability and ability to capture fine detail — each figurine is individually hand-painted and finished at the workshop in Roubaix, just a short ride from the legendary velodrome. No two pieces are exactly the same: every one is the result of decades of French artisan know-how, kept alive at Maison Georges Édouard.
