The Mercier team is one of the most beloved chapters in French cycling history. Led for years by Raymond Poulidor — the eternal runner-up, never a Tour de France winner but forever in the hearts of fans — the team embodied a golden era of the peloton from the late 1950s through the mid-1970s.

This figurine pays tribute to that iconic jersey with the artisanal craftsmanship that defines the entire Petit Cycliste collection. Cast in zamak, a robust and precise alloy that faithfully captures every detail, each piece is then hand-painted in our workshop. Every figurine is unique, carrying a refined finish that mass production simply cannot replicate.

From casting to painting, every step of the manufacturing process takes place in France — in Seine-et-Marne for the foundry, near the Roubaix velodrome for the painting workshop. French savoir-faire, at the service of cycling heritage.
